This clock is an indoor clock. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or rain.
Do not use the clock in rooms with high humidity such as bathrooms.
Do not use the clocks in areas exposed to strong magnetism, extreme temperatures, strong direct light, chemical fumes or high vibration. This may impact the appearance and functioning of the clock or the life of the battery.
There are no serviceable components in this clock. Do not take the clock apart for any reason.
To start the clock insert the battery into the battery compartment (1) with the (-) and (+) sides aligned as indicated
To adjust the time, rotate the adjuster wheel (2) in either direction till the hour hand and minute hand aligns to the correct time.
If clock sows down or stops it indicates low battery. In such cases replace the battery immediately. Do not leave a low or dead battery in the clock. Replace the old battery with a new AA battery. Alkaline battery is recommended. Zinc batteries can also be used. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Clean with a soft cloth. Do not use any solvents or abrasive cleaning agents.
Wall clock has two analog sensors that measure surrounding temperature and relative humidity (RH). Relative humidity is the amount of water vapor present in air expressed as a percentage of the amount needed for saturation at the same temperature. The temperature information is displayed in degree Celsius, and humidity is displayed as a percentage.
Temperature and humidity measurement works automatically by head sensing coil spring elements.
Battery is not required for these features to work. The display is pre-calibrated and no calibration is required to start using the clock. When exposed to sudden changes in temperature or humidity, it may take a few minutes for the correct information to be displayed.
Insert one AAA alkaline battery with (+) and (-) sides aligned as indicated in the battery compartment to start the LCD. This is in addition to the AA battery required for the Analog Clock.
Carefully unpack all the components.
This clock requires 4 AA batteries. These should be replaced at least every 12 months or when the pendulum or chimes stop working correctly.
This timepiece plays a Westminster chime melody on the hour and has an automatic shut-off. The clock does not chime between 10:00 p.m and 6:00 a.m. To ensure that your clock functions correctly, please follow the time and chime setting precisely. The clock will chime during the day and will automatically turn off at night.
Note: When moving hands to the present time the clock will begin chiming. Do not be concerned about this. The last strike you hear after setting the clock at the appointed time will be the correct one.
Note: When batteries are low, the chimes will not remain coordinated with the time on the clock. When this happens, replace with new batteries and reset the clock as listed above.
Clean with a soft cloth. Do not use any solvents or abrasive cleaning agents.
The volume of the chime can be modified by turning the Volume Control knob.
Attention: if the pendulum won't swing or swings irregularly, please check if your pendulum clock hangs vertically. If necessary use water level.
Clean with a soft cloth. Do not use any solvents or abrasive cleaning agents.
