The staff is very friendly and professional. Despite not being able to get it fixed elsewhere I finally came to this Titan Service Centre and got the best possible solution for my watch. They cleaned my watch strap which I thought was pretty cool because I forgot to mention it. The entire process (both billing and servicing) is very smoothly executed by the staff who dealt with my watch.Thank you and keep up the good work!
