Cash on Delivery (COD) is a mode of payment provided by Titan where you can pay in cash upon the receipt of your product. We do not take any advance payment for COD orders.

We do not charge any extra amount for the COD service.

All the products featuring on www.titan.co.in  are available for COD, except gift cards/vouchers.

Currently, orders of cart value between INR 1000 to INR 10,000 for selected pin-code addresses within India are eligible for COD service.

Yes, you can place maximum of 3 COD orders in a day

Currently we are serving selected pin codes for COD. Please check if we do COD to your pincode in product page / shopping cart page / checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

In case of domestic order (where the product is shipped within India) 100% refund will be made.

In case the customer pays online then the amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s) at the warehouse of Titan.

In case of COD (Cash on delivery, i.e. when the customer pays in cash once the product is received, the refund shall be processed through an automated payout/refund link. The refund process shall be as follows:


1. Once the returned product reaches our warehouse/store and passes the quality check, a payout/refund link shall be automatically sent to the customer’s registered email ID and mobile number. The customer may use the link to update their bank account details or UPI ID, and the refund shall be processed automatically.

2. Each payout/refund link shall remain active for three (3) days. If the customer does not complete the refund process within this period, a new payout/refund link shall be sent automatically. A maximum of three (3) payout/refund links shall be sent automatically.

3. If the customer does not complete the refund process after three attempts, a fourth payout/refund link shall be sent manually by the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team upon request from the customer.

Once the order is placed successfully, there will be a confirmation call from our support center for validation of order. If the confirmation call is unanswered we reserve the rights to cancel the order. The order amount should be paid in full at the receipt of the product. The package can be opened only after making the payment. Please note that partial order can’t be delivered.

Our delivery partners will only accept Indian Rupees. Denominations of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 which are deemed illegal as on 9th November 2016 will not be accepted.
