Titan e-Gift Card

The Titan e-gift card is redeemable only once. It cannot be used multiple times. The entire amount should be redeemed in a single transaction.

Once the value of the card is used up, it cannot be reloaded.

3.

The card gets activated immediately on receiving the payment and is valid for use for a year from the date of activation.

4.

The card can be redeemed at Titan stores and on titan.co.in. In case, during a transaction, the bill amount is more than the remaining card value, the balance amount will have to borne by the customer.

Stolen or lost Titan e-gift cards will neither be replaced nor will the balance amount be refunded.

6.

The Titan e-gift card cannot be redeemed for cash. Balance on the Titan e-gift card can be checked at any Titan store.

7.

Alternately, the customer can send a SMS to 57575577 by simply typing the 16 digit card number to know the card balance & expiry date. No returns accepted.

8.

The Titan e-Gift cards can be redeemed against Jewellery products only and not coins inside Titan Stores.

9.

The Titan e-Gift cards purchased from or Titan Boutique are redeemable only on the home website or Titan Stores. It cannot be redeemed on other partner outlets such as caratlane.

10.

Titan e-Gift Card is only one time redeemable.
