International Shipping Destinations

International Order

For all international orders, your cart value should be minimum of $200 and maximum of $10000 , which is inclusive of all shipping and handling charges.

Mode of Payment

Payments are accepted through PayPal Payment gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. Payment will be received only in USD. Please note that cards (credit or debit) issued in India will not be accepted for any international orders.

We would like to inform the following steps needs to be followed before reaching the payment gateway using your internationally issued credit card / debit card.

Our Shipping Partner is UPS.

Shipping Charges

The shipping and handling charges apply for international destinations. For Jewellery we charge $ 130 and for Watches & Accessories we charge $ 60. All products/consignments are dispatched on “Delivery Duty Unpaid ” (DDU) basis.

Delivery Time

You will receive your order within 2-3 weeks after the confirmation of the order. An email confirmation will be sent to you, once your product is dispatched from our warehouse. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you once your product reaches the destination.

Returns and Exchanges

Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products in case of international orders.

1. Membership is voluntary and open to Indian citizens based in India only and shall be recognized only through concerned Indian mobile numbers of members/family members enrolled and as registered with www.titanencircle.com or registered with Titan Company Limited (“Company”).

2. No physical membership cards will be issued to the customers/members/family members.

3. While making purchases at Tanishq, Goldplus, Zoya, MIA, World of Titan, Fastrack, Helios & Titan Eye plus outlets across India, mention encircle membership number along with registered mobile number to the cashier before billing. Points will be credited only when membership number is provided while billing. Please ensure to check mobile number matching with your name and update us with change of mobile number through our website www.titanencircle.com only.

4. Please note that the purchase of gold coins/bars & silver articles are excluded from the Titan Encircle program.

5. Reward points can be redeemed at Tanishq, Goldplus, Zoya, MIA, World of Titan, Fastrack, Helios & Titan Eye plus outlets across India. The value of one point is equal to Rupee 1. However, reward points cannot be redeemed for cash. Members will be required to present the membership number/mobile number at the time of redemption of the reward points.
