Job Description:

1. Scope of the role

Will be responsible Sales of Frames, lenses and other related products in Titan Eye+ Store. Will also be responsible for complete customer satisfaction for the entire life cycle of the customer.

2. Job Profile (JD)

• Meeting Daily Sales targets. 

• Delivering optimal customer service experience.

• Meeting all operational reporting requirements

• Performing the additional responsibility given by the store manager/ submitting reports to the store manager on time.

• Adhere to processes related to store operations.

• Efficiently execute promotional plans & schemes

• Analysis of Retail Sale and feedback to Store manager, on customers needs.

• Overall responsibility for customer interaction leading to customer delight.

• Daily counting of stock. 

3. Key Deliverables (KRA)

• Jointly responsible for meeting store targets and responsible for enhancing store experience and delivering customer delight.

• Assist the Store manager in improving the processes.

Desired Profile:

•Graduate / Post Graduate in Management 1-3 years experience in similar capacity an Optical / Non Optical retail 

• Experience in leading teams in similar retail formats

• Good communication skills in English & Vernacular. Must be highly energetic & self driven.
