Job Description:

1. Scope of the role 

• Eye testing procedures, consultation, guidance regarding frame & lenses / contact lenses to the customer. 

2. Job Profile (JD)

• History taking of the patient.

• Eye testing procedures to be carried out.

• Maintaining patients record.

• Showroom management on technical front.

• Quality check of lenses before & after fitting.

• Instructing the technicians regarding the technicalities of fitting.

• Helping the store manager to order the lenses and upgrading his knowledge regarding the lens types.

• Co-ordinations with corporate & meeting them for more business opportunities & feedback.

3. Key Deliverables 

Ensuring complete satisfaction of the customer on clinical & dispensing services.

Desired Profile:

1. Graduate / Diploma in Optometry.

2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar field / optical Store is preferred.                 Freshers may also apply.

3. Complete knowledge of eye testing procedures.

4. Good communication skills in English & Vernacular. Must be highly energetic &       self motivated.
